Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure that the products are in their original condition with all tags intact and the invoice included inside the original packaging.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size immediately.
