You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery through our online portal. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment options including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How do I find the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with specific measurements. We recommend comparing these measurements with a well-fitting garment you already own for the best fit.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen calibrations and lighting conditions during photography, slight color variations may occur.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Bear House India ships exclusively within India. We are working on expanding our reach to international fashion enthusiasts in the near future.
